PROJECT OVERVIEW

Unique collaborated with ClickRay to bring HubSpotters a possibility to seamlessly integrate HubSpot CRM with with their platform.

ClickRay built and listed the app on the HubSpot App Marketplace that allows for HubSpot CRM to get  automatically updated with all customer interactions done in the Unique platform such as calls, email conversations, and meetings. After each call, a summary is created and uploaded into HubSpot with the most essential information of the conversation. The integration guarantees a seamless connection between the two platforms when it comes to prospect and customer data.

  • Build a two-way sync between Unique and HubSpot data in order to allow for an automated data sync, without the need for manual effort.

  • Leverage HubSpot's tools to share customer interaction data between the CRM and Unique.

  • Created a solution that after each call, a summary is created and uploaded into HubSpot with the most essential information of the conversation. All the information is safely transferred to and stored in HubSpot CRM. 

  • Designed and developed a "deal card" that observes the sync status to leverage existing HubSpot functionality.
